It consists of a book, 12 tapes and a rebadged Dragon 32.

Notice that despite being branded as Dragon 200-E, it does not have the spanish keyboard. Inside there's a TANO Dragon NTSC board.
At the moment it's not possible to know if they were sold like that or if it was a mixed up unit assembled to get rid of stock.
